General:
Aifa & Aucma products are engineered for high performance under normal usage. If a product is used as intended and it develops a fault within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our responsibility.
Warranty Disclaimer:
If, at any time during the warranty period, any part or component of this appliance is removed, tampered with, modified, adjusted, altered, handled, or repaired in any way by any person not authorised by Aifa (S) Pte Ltd, this warranty will be immediately void and deemed no longer valid.
Warranty Coverage:
** 1st year: Parts
** First 6 months: Transport & Labour
** Warranty is auto-registered and effective from the date of delivery.
What the Warranty Does NOT Cover:
1. Normal Wear and Tear
** Includes components that naturally degrade over time.
2. Accidental or Improper Use
** Damage resulting from use outside the product's intended purpose.
** Failure to carry out recommended maintenance.
3. External Causes
** Damage due to:
** Transit
** Weather conditions
** Electrical outages or power surges
** Other external circumstances
4. User-Caused Faults
** Negligent use, misuse, or careless operation.
** Use of non-original parts or improper assembly.
** Faulty installation by unauthorized parties.
** Unauthorized repairs or alterations.
This warranty and the 7 days Replacement Scheme does not particularly cover damages and/or defects arising from
** Usage of wrong electrical supply/voltage.
** Usage not according to the Instruction Manual provided by the manufacturers.
** Misuse, accidents, negligence, abuse, improper installation, or any manner of tampering.
** Normal wear and tear.
** Corrosions rusting or stains.
** Scratches, dents on the unit body, casing or paintwork of the appliance.
** Act of God, fire, flood and civil unrest.
This warranty shall not be transferable, negotiable or assignable to any third party
The terms and conditions of this warranty shall be varied except with the written and express consent or agreement of Aifa (S) Pte Ltd.
For Delivery:
đźšš Free Delivery is available only to lift landing levels.
đźšš For delivery to non-lift landing levels, a $10 charge per level applies.
🗓️ Delivery Schedule:
** Weekdays only, between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
** No deliveries on weekends or Public Holidays (PH)
** Deliveries requested after 5:00 PM will include an additional surcharge
Disposal:
♻️ Disposal of old items is available upon request and will incur a fee ranging from $30 to $130.
(Payment to be made upon delivery via Cash or PayNow.)
