1) Do Aifa and Aucma Products come with a warranty?

Yes, all Aifa and Aucma Products come with a warranty.
One year warranty on Parts, first 6months includes Transport / Labour FOC

2) How do we claim warranty if a product is faulty?

If you’re facing an issue, simply chat with us or WhatsApp us with your invoice number and a brief description of the issue.
This helps us quickly identify the problem, as servicing is done on-site.

3) Is delivery Free?

Yes, delivery is free with every purchase. Our delivery hours are fixed between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on weekdays.
Please note that we are closed on weekends and public holidays.

4) How long will delivery take if I place the order today?

Delivery typically takes 1 to 2 business days, but we always strive to deliver by the next business day whenever possible.
• Delivery hours: Weekdays, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
• Orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend will be processed the next business day, with delivery expected by Monday or Tuesday.

5) Are we open over the weekend?

Unfortunately, we are closed on weekends and public holidays. As such, there will be no viewing or delivery on those days.

6) If I would like to view the products before buying, is it possible?

Yes, it is possible but would advise to inform us before heading down. Viewing timing is from 10am to 4pm daily on all weekdays.

7) Will there be extra charges if I am not staying on a lift landing level?

 Yes, unfortunately as items are heavy thus needing extra  manpower to move the items to your location. Charges will be $10 per level.

8) Does delivery include installation?

Yes, we do product basic installation of the purchases.

9) Can we use Climate Vouchers on our website?

        Unfortunately, due to unforeseen issues. We can't accept Climate Vouchers.

10) Can we do a self-collection as we need the item urgently?

         Yes, you can. Self-collection of purchase item is from 10am to 4pm (Monday to Friday). 

11) How long does it take for a cancelled transaction to be refunded?

      A refund will be issued only after the item has been collected and within 7 business days following the collection.
